SANGAREDDY: An old man starved to death at Borpatla village of Narsapur constituency in Medak district.

According to sources, an aged couple, G Jaganadham and G Balamani, living in their house at Borpatla, made a livelihood by collecting and selling waste papers found on the roads. On Monday morning, sensing an odour from their house, villagers broke the door to find the couple lying on the floor.

Police took the bodies to an hospital where it was found that Balamani is alive but unconscious.
