HYDERABAD: Fashionistas who bemoan the lack of curated fashion accessories on e-commerce websites can rejoice as the startup platform Pookaari.com has announced the launch of a dedicated e-tailing platform to showcase exclusive hi-end accessories collections.
The startup aims to work with different designers from all over India, curate and showcase their fashion accessories which range from classic to edgy.
The distinctive feature of Pookaari.com is that, every week shoppers can explore fresh fashion accessories from different designers. If a shopper misses out on a particular designer’s collections during the week of display, chances are that they will not find the same product in Pookaari.com and in all probability anywhere else.
Since many of the accessories designers don’t have a dedicated fashion accessories store, it has become increasingly challenging for shoppers to buy them. Pookaari.com is designed to solve this very challenge so that style shoppers can binge on fresh stock of fashion accessories from renowned designers and shop at ease from home.
The website will also give frequent shoppers special privileges like sneak peeks into upcoming collections and designers that are going to be showcased every following week. The first time shoppers will be part of Pookaari’s privileged club that allows first access to previews.

Currently Raya and Malleka are the two well known accessories designers who have signed up with Pookaari.com. Raya and Malleka’s accessories are widely sported by Bollywood celebrities. Raya has been worn by Shilpa Shetty, Twinkle Khanna and Katrina Kaif. Malleka’s cuff has been seen on the style diva Sonam Kapoor. Among the merchandise on offer will be jewellery, bags, scarves/stoles iPad sleeves, umbrellas and much more. As of now Raya, Mayabazaar, Bbling, Deepa Sethi, Malleka are listed on the website.
