HYDERABAD: The Rise of Superwomen captures the essence of womanhood and focuses on various aspects of being woman. “During discharging my duties as a woman healthcare professional, I have come across the plight of woman at psychological and emotional levels, which ultimately shows its effect on their physical health. Though, women are god-gifted with emotions, endurance, calmness, warmth and a caring nature, but they don’t bloom due to lack of confidence. Women are role models of sacrifices and compromises hence they ignore their power and inner strengths that actually can turn them into superwomen,” says Dr Nichite.

Sharing his views about writing a woman empowerment book, he says, “There are only two places where women will empty their minds from worries: a psychiatrist or a gynaecologist.” He further adds, “When I started my career as a gynaecologist, I witnessed the plight of woman healthcare even in upper classes of society. Since then, I started getting deep into various aspects of woman life and ultimately compiled my experiences in the shape of a book to make every woman a superwoman through 360 degree awareness.”

What is Superwoman about?

A woman is born to serve a father when she is a young girl, her husband when she gets married and her sons when she gets older. Women’s lives and purpose are meant to revolve around men. In the truest of beliefs, a girl isn’t born, she is made. They are meant to be submissive, quiet, subtle, reserved and they should know their place. Why haven’t we taught our children that woman are as beautiful as men? Now comes the idea of change. True, when you say times have changed, it is not in the change of the attitude of men towards women, but women towards themselves.

Manage your money

In today’s world, women need a sort of security to live life the way they want rather than on the will of others. Of course, being a mentally strong and confident person helps a lot, but you also need a security greater than that. You need a financial security, because money really does matter now. If you want to go places or try out something new, you have got to make sure that you can do so without burning a hole in your pocket. Make sure that your happiness is not temporary; that it stays so long as the commodity is available and after it is gone, it leaves an even greater sadness.

Why physical beauty is important?

Self confidence is one trait that is absolutely necessary to possess. Lack of self confidence is one of the prime factors that stop women from fighting of their rights and a better life. To fight for your rights and to fight for what is right, self confidence is important and this is something that should come from within.

To build your own positive self image or self confidence, you must know who you are and you should be able to evaluate your skills and abilities and commit to self improvement. There is no end to self improvement and it is a continued process. Focus, perseverance, motivation and persistence is all that you need in your journey towards finding your own self confidence.
