HYDERABAD : India Theatre Forum (ITF), theatre network, is organising strategic management in the art of theatre, a programme to build capacity in theatre groups to think and work strategically, hence to be most effectual in whatever sphere of theatre they are working in. The aim of the program is to enrich the field of theatre through building management capacities that support and enable the artistic dream. SMART is for those already working in the field who have the power to make a difference within their organisations.
It is a 10-day residential course followed by a six-month mentorship by senior theatre practitioners. The event will be conducted in three phases.
