Mobiles Seized in Jail

HYDERABAD: Officials of the central prison at Cherlapally, near here, seized six mobile phones from prisoners lodged in various barracks during surprise checks conducted in the past one week.

They found two mobile phones without SIM cards at Brahmaputra Barrack on September 16, two at Pranahita Barrack on September 19 and two more with prisoners Arjun and Veeraswamy on September 22. Veeraswamy got the mobile from his relatives who met him at the jail.
