HYDERABAD: Public sector defence unit Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is observing its annual ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’. The theme for this year is ‘Preventive Vigilance as a tool of Good Governance.’
BDL chairman V Udaya Bhaskar, Air Vice-Marshal NB Singh, AVSM, VSM (Retd), Director (Technical), S Piramanayagam, Director (Finance), V Guru Datta Prasad, Director (Production), TV Reddy, IFS, chief vigilance officer, BDL and other senior executives were present.
K R Nandan, IPS (Retd), Vigilance Commissioner, government of Telangana, delivered the guest lecture. Competitions like essay and slogan writing, poster-making and interactive sessions with company executives would be held to spread vigilance awareness during the week.
