SCCL Launches Job Awareness Campaign

HYDERABAD:The Singareni Collieries launched a week-long job awareness programme for unemployed youth in Kothagudem and Ramagundem-2 areas, Wednesday. Christened Animuthyaalu, the programme is aimed at apprising unemployed youth about the available and upcoming vacancies in government and non-governmental organisations.

The programme on its first-day evoked good response with as many as 1842 youngsters attending the workshop held in Kothagudem. Similarly, 1,250 youth participated the awareness programme in Ramagundem-2 area..

The programme will help to apprise unemployed youth about the upcoming vacancies and the qualifications and skills needed to secure a particular job, said Singareni Collieries chairman and managing director N Sridhar.

Representatives from Khadi Village Industrial Commission, Police, Army, CISF, Remap,Centurion University among others will address the job aspirants.
