HYDERABAD: Aishuwarya Sudershan, a 24-year-old student, ice cream lover and a foodie, as she describes herself, admits that her heart was broken, before telling us about her favourite Ramzan delicacy and why she loves that place the most.
Favourite food item: Haleem is the first best delicacy, for the obvious reason that it is available only in this month. Besides that, I love Lukhmi.
Favourite spots and why: I love haleem from Garden, Sarvi and that entire lane in Ramkoti. But Garden tops the list because I live very close to it. It was a hop skip and jump away to get a spoon of heaven. The reason for the heart break is that it will soon be demolished.
I love the Lukhmi from Bombay Bar and Cafe in Nampally, because I used to go there as a child with my grandpa and their lukhmi has something delicious about it.
I think it is the perfect balance. Not too oily, not too salty. Just right.
