The presence of negative feelings is a common phenomenon. But most times they get deeply ingrained making it difficult to live. The guilt of not being a good parent, child, friend, not being successful, not taking the right step of action when needed are some of the common triggers. City-based, Harpreet Kaur Kandhari says that spiritual healing helps in breaking away from those negative feelings as they are self-made barriers. This spiritual healing works as it helps one realise and reinforce inner potential. It works through various ways that tap and capture the right energy sources inside and around us.

What can be healed?

These energies can be decoded and transformed, cleansing our surroundings and propagating positivity and harmony within us and around us.

With a perfect combination of knowledge, wisdom and practice, Harpreet provides with the necessary skills to turn dreams and vision into reality while maximising personal and professional growth through a fusion of life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, unblocking emotional and physical energies, angel therapy, NLP hypnosis and a variety of alternative energy healing methods like touch therapy, colour therapy and numerology.

Colour Therapy

Stay Positive1.JPGOne of the mechanisms to bring about balance to the body’s energy centres or chakras is by performing colour therapy, also known as chromo therapy.

Colour therapy aids in bringing about steadiness to the body in the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental levels. The complete spectrum of colours are derived from sunlight where each colour resonates at different frequencies, transmitting different energy levels making the body experience a complete state of internal balance.

The energies emitted by each of the seven spectrum colours - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet stays congruent with the energies of the seven main chakras/ energy centers of the body.

Colour produces energy and every cell in the human body requires these energy levels thus making us attracted to colours.

Chakra Cleansing

There are seven main energy centres in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to a specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behaviour. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

Five element cleansing

“Panchmahabhuta” or Pancha Kosha are elements present in the world in the form of  Prithvi (earth), Jal (water), Vayu (air), Agni (fire) and Akash (ether). These five elements are called the five Kosha - the five layers of being. Each one of us has five bodies, each layer emitting different levels and finer grades of energy.

These pancha koshas comprise of perishable and non-perishable factors just like in the human body. These elements also explain the compatibility of natural world with the human body. To find out more about spiritual healing therapies :
