Making Hyderabadis proud, RGIA has yet again positioned itself among the top 3 airports among five to 15 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA) category. Its been six years since the airport has been grabbing the position continuously in the ASQ survey by ACI.
While retaining its ranking, RGIA has been continuously raising its bar of service quality by improving on the ASQ Score from 4.44 in 2009 to 4.82 in 2014.
The ASQ survey has become the world’s leading airport passenger satisfaction benchmarking survey with approximately 300 airports participating in the survey.
