HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday directed the GHMC to complete railing works on the road margins in Siddiambar Bazar and Mahboobgunj areas of the city by next March.
The bench comprising of Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice S V Bhatt passed this direction in a writ petition filed by Laxminivas Agarwal, Mahboobgunj area resident, seeking removal of illegal encroachments and unauthorized constructions on the above said road margins. The counsel for GHMC told the bench that there was a proposal to have railings on the road margins in the areas concerned.
