Fracas in Front of Pawan Kalyan's Residence in the City

Miscreants allegedly thrashed the watchman and tried to barge into the appartment of the Telugu star at Road no 12, Banjara Hills.

HYDERABAD: Two unknown youth created ruckus in front of the appartment where Tollywood actor and politician Pawan Kalyan is staying late on Tuesday night. The miscreants allegedly thrashed the watchman and tried to barge into the appartment at Road no 12, Banjara Hills. However, they fled the spot after the actor’s bouncers rushed out and challenged them.

The actor was away in Gujarat for a film shoot when the incident took place. A complaint was lodged with Banjara Hills police.

According to police, two unknown persons came to residence of the actor at around 11.30 pm on Tuesday. Police suspect them to be the actor’s fans and wanted to meet him.

The watchman who noticed the youngsters stopped them and enquired about their identity and purpose of visit. The men replied that they wanted to meet the actor and asked for the flat number of the actor. When the watchman refused to give the information, they entered into an altercation and subsequently assaulted him. The watchman then started screaming for help.

Meanwhile, some bouncers were sleeping inside the flat woke up and came out. The miscreants were panicked as they saw more people and fled the spot. However, the bouncers tried to chase the miscreants on bike but in vein.

Later, the watchman approached Banjara Hills police and lodged a complaint. Police registered a case and took up investigation.
