HYDERABAD: A 31-year-old man, Swamy Naik, visited a city hospital expressing fear that somebody pricked him on the back of his calf muscle with a syringe here Monday.
However, before doctors or police could confirm the incident, he left the hospital and efforts were on to trace him.
It was only on Saturday that a fourth grade girl, Ramya, claimed that she was jabbed by a masked person in Malkajagiri limits, when she was walking to a stationery shop. It is alleged that the attack had stark similarities to attacks on women and children in West Godavari district of AP.
