Palak Ki Nazakat

INGREDIENTS

Spinach green 250 gm

Green dhaniya 250 gm

Sweet corn frozen 75 gm

Jeera white 5 gm

Garlic 20 gm

Green chillies 20 gm

Cardamom powder 5 gm

Garam masala powder 5 gm

Salt 5 gm

Ghee 75 gm

Tomato large 250 gms

Tomato sauce 50 ml

Refined oil 25 ml

Mustard seeds 5 gm

Curry leaves 5 gm

Turmeric powder 5 gm

Coriander powder 5 gm

Bread crumbs 100 gm

Degi mirch powder 10 gm

METHOD

  •  In a kadhai, add ghee, garlic and green chilly. Cook fresh spinach, green coriander and corn. Cook till the mixture is dry, add salt and green cardamom powder. Add bread crumbs.
  •  Make a coarse paste and make patty and keep.
  •  For tomato chutney. temper with mustard seed, curry leaf, whole jeera, add fresh tomato, tomato ketchup, turmeric powder, coriander powder, deggi mirch powder.
  •  Again make a coarse paste and keep aside.
  •  Now cook the patty in the griddle.
  •  Add tomato chutney on top.

Serve hot.
