Sudden Rain Brings Respite to Hyderabad Citizens

HYDERABAD: The sudden downpour on Friday evening, gave a respite to citizens from the sweltering heat that loomed in the city for the last few days. According to Meteorological department, the city has recorded 5.4 mm rainfall.

With Friday being a public holiday, the city witnessed no major traffic snarls.

The weathermen predicted that the next 24 hours would be cloudy, with rain and thundershowers expected in few parts of Hyderabad. The maximum and minimum temperatures are set between 34 and 25 degrees Celsius respectively.
