HYDERABAD: IAS officer Harpreet Singh assumed charge as principal secretary to governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan here on Thursday. The governor, his advisors APVN Sarma and AK Mohanthy and other officers and staff members were present. Outgoing principal secretary N Ramesh Kumar will be taking charge as the state election commissioner of AP on Friday. The governor felicitated Ramesh Kumar and Sai Sekhar, ADC to governor who is repatriated to the government of Telangana.
