HYDERABAD: A 20-member team of Telangana chapter of National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC), comprising 13 child scientists, state coordinator and others, will be participating in the prestigious national-level event of 24th NCSC to be held at Baramati in Maharashtra from Dec 27 to 31. TS Council of Science & Technology (TSCOST) member-secretary is the state coordinator for NCSC.

This year, the Union department of science and technology (DST) has announced the focal theme, ‘Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development - with Special Emphasis on Accessibility for Persons with Disability’ for the event.
The projects of 13 child scientists from the state will be competing with around 650 of those from all other parts of India and also from certain SAARC and ASEAN countries.
