Telangana university veterinary students continue protests

Protests by students of PV Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University against Government Order permitting hiring of veterinary assistant surgeons entered Day Two on Wednesday.

HYDERABAD: Protests by students of PV Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University against Government Order permitting hiring of veterinary assistant surgeons entered Day Two on Wednesday.

Students conducted a relay hunger strike at the tent they erected near the university’s entrance which has become the protest site. As part of protests, students stopped buses passing in front of the university gate and distributed ice creams to passengers and told them about the reasons behind their protests.
