Woman abducted, raped & brutally beaten up by unidentified men

 In yet another crime against women, a 35-year-old woman was allegedly raped and brutally beaten up by an unidentified man while she was on her way home on Monday night.

HYDERABAD: In yet another crime against women, a 35-year-old woman was allegedly raped and brutally beaten up by an unidentified man while she was on her way home on Monday night. 


According to Medipally police, the victim, a resident of Boduppal is a daily wager and was returning from Uppal after finishing work. The victim was walking towards her home at night after collecting `1,200, her four days wage, from her contractor.

When she reached Nalla Cheruvu, around one-and-half km from her home, two unknown persons on a motorcycle intercepted her. One of them gagged her and forced her sit on the motorcycle and took her to an isolated area in Peerzadiguda. She was raped by one person while the other stood guard. 


The rapist also snatched her gold chain and cash and fled the spot. Devi somehow managed to walk out from the bushes till the main road. An elderly couple alerted the police, said the cops.
