Telangana Junior Doctors Association to go on hunger strike

Telangana doctors demand immediate recruitment of assistant professors to fill up the faculty deficiency.

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Junior Doctors Association (TJUDA) has called for a hunger strike on Friday to pursue their new demands.

The demands include the immediate recruitment of assistant professors to fill up the faculty deficiency, the complete abolition of contract recruitment of doctors, and a committee on age-hike with them as members.

They also wrote a letter to Governor ESL Narasimhan on the same.
