‘Harshamo Dhukhamo,’ an audio CD containing poems written by former Minister and CPI leader Benoy Viswom was released in Kochi on Tuesday.
ADGP B Sandhya released the audio CD by handing over a copy to Advocate A Jayasankar during a function held at Ernakulam Press Club by Yuva Kala Sahithi. The album is directed by singer Priya R Pai and published by Yuva Kala Sahithi.
“These poems reflect the poet’s concern for love, nature and human virtues. The apprehension of losing is palpable in the poems,” said Leelamma Jose while introducing the album.
“The poet has been compelled to reveal some facts about the world in which we live. The poems bring to light the changes taking place in nature. The poet also expresses the closeness of spirituality to nature and shares the bitter experience of losing virtues that make us alive,” ADGP Sandhya said.
