A full court reference at the Chief Justice’s court will be held on Wednesday in honour of Justice M Sasidharan Nambiar who is retiring from service.Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, the Advocate General, the president of the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association will speak on the occasion.
Justice Nambiar joined the Kerala State Judicial Service as munsiff on April 26, 1982. He functioned as Kottayam Additional Sessions Judge during the Suryanelli case and has served as Registrar, High Court of Kerala. He was appointed as the additional judge, High Court of Kerala, on 2004, and was sworn in as permanent judge from June 2005.
