Minister to visit proposed godown site

Raising the chances for setting up of the first railside warehouse in the state, Union Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies K V Thomas will visit the proposed site for the facility at FACT Kochi division on Monday.

Other officials to accompany the minister include Central Railside Warehouse Company Ltd managing director Vinod Hasthana, FACT managing director Jaiveer Srivasthava and Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affair and Public Distribution joint secretary (Storage) Naveen Prakash.
