Jisha, 37, a resident of Kanakappalam at Erumely, Kottayam, has filed a defamation case against nine, including prominent UDF leaders.
The case was filed before Kanjirappally Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-(II) B Prasanna against Reporter TV channel, M V Nikesh Kumar (managing editor and MD reporter TV), Reporter TV reporter M S Aneesh Kumar, JSS leader K R Gowri, Lonappan Nambadan ex MP, Vincent Augustine, Joy Augustine (brothers from Thodupuzha), Francis George ex MP and Antony Raju ex MLA. Jisha accused that the leaders gave statements to the channel that P C George is her father and the channel and its members propagated it while the two brothers arranged and helped the channel crew.
