Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd has launched the centralised IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) refill booking system to help customers book refill 24 hours a day without manual intervention. P K Raghunathan, Regional LPG Manager (south), inaugurated the facility in the state.
Bharat Gas customers in the state make use of the IVRS facility through phone number 9446256789. Booking can be done only from registered mobile or landline number of customers.
