'Lavalin: Goodalochanayude Churulaziyumbol', a book by Advocate T S Rajan, was released at Ernakulam Press Club on Tuesday.
Addressing media, the author said the state did not suffer any loss from the Lavalin deal and the CAG report on the deal is unscientific and non-factual.
"The 99 documents published in the book support the claims," he said.
The book has full versions of Balandan Committee report, Subaida Committee report, CAG report and the Governor's order in this regard. The 224-page book alleges that Lavalin had no obligation to give funds for the Malabar Cancer Centre, as it had only agreed to collect funds from other institutions, including CIDA under the Canadian Government.
Press Club vice-president Geethakumari presented the first copy to advocate C P Udayabhanu.
