The advisory board on Kerala Anti-Social Activities Preventive Act (KAAPA) on Tuesday ordered the release of gangster Bhai Nazeer from a six-month detention under the KAAPA. Bhai Nazeer was arrested from Mysore by the police and is lodged in Kannur Central Prison. The KAAPA advisory board had held a hearing last week and the statement of Nazeer was recorded at Viyyur Central Prison.
