A workshop on Proactive Health Management for Better Employee Productivity organised by the Kerala State Productivity Council and IBSC India Wellness, emphasised the need for health management of employees to ensure organisational productivity.
IBSC India Wellness Ltd presented an Innovative solution - Online Health Prognosis Portal www.urjjaa.com that helps individuals and corporates to proactively monitor employee health. Speaking on the occasion, Sivakumar, director, Kerala State Productivity Council said that despite human resource being recognised as the most critical factor in productivity, organisations tend to overlook the importance of keeping employees healthy.
Explaining the background of the Innovation, Sreejith Nadukkandy, managing director and CEO, IBSC India Wellness Limited said that Preventive healthcare is often misunderstood for a one-time health check up and is more inclined to assess the present health issues of the employee.
Creating a predictive health risk evaluation and providing a sustainable platform to monitor the persons health on a consistent basis should be the focus of preventive healthcare, he said.
