KOCHI: The 21st annual sports day of Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School, Chembumukku, was inaugurated by the chief guest, Tony Daniel, Technical Committee chairman of Athletic Federation of India.
In his inaugural address, Tony Daniel advised the students to inculcate sports and games into their lifestyle to be healthy citizens of the future.
Master Akhil Mohanan, sports captain of the school, led the students in taking the oath for the day. Master Joel Jacob Thomas, school captain, welcomed the gathering.
Apna Grace Prince, the sports vice-captain of the school, proposed the Vote of Thanks.
