KOCHI: Payment of electricity bills will be collected at section offices under the Ernakulam, Mattancherry and Tripunithura divisions of the Ernakulam Electrical Circle from 10 am to 3 pm on September 9 and 15, even though these are public holidays, informed the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB).
