KOCHI: Former Union Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar MP will inaugurate the annual Rotary District Assembly of Rotary District 3201, comprising of 126 clubs from the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, at Gokulam Convention Centre on May 16.
The two day Assembly titled as ‘iGnite 2015’ is mainly the training programme for next year’s office-bearers of all these Rotary Clubs. This is also a forum when the Rotary leadership outlines the various community service projects and the theme for the year. An estimated 1,500 senior Rotarians from these clubs are expected to attend the event. Past District Governors Bharat Pandya from Mumbai and Rekha Shetty from Chennai will take sessions.
