KOCHI: Care mark - a United Kingdom-based domiciliary care providers started its service in Kerala to promote UK model home care and to create job opportunities.
Its first service centre will be set up in Kochi and soon franchise will be open.Care workers will be trained in operating as per UK standards.
Customers will get service in their own homely atmosphere. Target groups include the youth, old, injured, physically and mentally challenged and even those who wish to take rest for a short period.Kewin Lewis, CEO of Care Mark UK, said the service includes not only home care but also shopping, medication management, accompaniment, and more.
Care mark offers weekly 30 minutes to round-the-clock service with internationally qualified care providers trained under experts.
As Part of CRS venture, profits will be used to support and care for people in India those who cannot afford to pay for their care.
