KOCHI: iBall has launched iBall Splendo PC-On-Stick that can convert a television into apersonal computer or a smart TV. iBall Splendo will become functional when you plug it into the HDMI input of the television. It works on Windows 8.1 operating system and can enjoy a free upgrade to Windows 10, a release said here.
