KOCHI: Sarada Krishna Iyer Satgamaya Centre for Women Empowerment and V K Krishna Menon Educational Initiative organised a meeting at Free Rural Public Library hall, Udayamperoor the other day to pay homage to former president A P J Abdul Kalam.
Senior counsel of the Supreme Court E X Joseph said that Abdul Kalam should be a role model for all scientists, intellectuals and leaders in the public field
The meeting was also addressed by secretary Tripunithura Rotary Club R S Kurup, Mulanthuruthy block panchayat president T N Vijaya Kumar, among others. The meeting had a video presentation of the lecture by Dr Abdul Kalam in Kochi during the release of the autobiography of Justice V R Krishna Iyer.
