KOCHI: Ahead of the local body elections, the Muslim League, at its State Committee meeting here on Monday, constituted state, district level parliamentary boards, to formulate elections strategies and the selection of candidates.
IUML president Sayed Hyderali Shihab Thangal, national president E Ahamed MP, national treasurer and Kerala Industries Minister P K Kunhalikutty, national secretary E T Mohammed Basheer MP, state general secretary K P A Majeed, high-power committee member Syed Sadiqali Shihab Thangal are the state parliamentary board members. The committee will have the powers on matters regarding the choice of candidates for panchayat elections, election stances and strategies, said IUML officials.
