KOCHI:The signature of campaign launched by the Save Government Medical College Forum received around 50,000 signatures when the campaign to save the Cochin Medical College entered the tenth day.
The tour organised as part of the campaign covered Keezhmadu, Choondy, Chunangamveli and Choornikkara on Monday. Keezhumadu panchayat president Laisa Sebastian inaugurated the first reception meeting of the campaign. The meeting was presided over by organising committee chairman V P Narayanan Pillai.
