KOCHI:Best-selling author and motivational speaker Rekha Shetty, managing director, Farstar Network, Chennai, inaugurated the Leadership Development seminar organised by Kerala Management Association (KMA).Shetty said that happiness is a choice completely in the control of every individual and she listed a set of six habits that could be developed to promote leadership qualities in the life of a corporate manager.Past president of KMA S Rajmohan Nair and secretary Vivek Krishna Govind also addressed the gathering.
