KOCHI: The special squads have intensified crackdown against violation of the model code of conduct as part of election campaigning in the district.
“The squads seized 388 posters, 69 election boards, 76 banners and four vehicles, which were used for campaigning without permission. The special squads were supervised by Additional Nodal Officer T A Sreenivasan,” stated an official release.
