KOCHI: A petition has been filed before the Kerala High Court seeking a directive to the the government not to pay high fees to two private counsel practising at the Supreme Court as fee for the legal opinion given by them in the bar bribery case. The petitioner, Fiat Justicia, moved the court against the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau’s decision to bypass AG and the Director General of Prosecution in taking a legal opinion.
