KOCHI: A revision petition has been filed before the Kerala High Court seeking to review the order of the Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Special Court directing the VACB for further investigation into the bar Bribery case. Sunny Mathew of Idukki who was party in the case pending before the Thiruvananthapuram court filed the petition.
The petition says that when the vigilance court had concluded that sufficient evidence was not available to prosecute the suspected, ordering further probe would be a futile exercise.
