CIFT ex-director Devadasan passes away

 Former director of Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), Kochi K Devadasan passed away on Wednesday. He was 70.

KOCHI: Former director of Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), Kochi K Devadasan passed away on Wednesday. He was 70.

He was staying at 7, Kalika Apartment, Cheruparampath Second Cross Road, Kadavanthra, after retirement.  

Devadasan was son of the late Balakrishna Menon and the late Lakshmykutty Amma of Koodanchery, Mannarkkad.

The body will be handed over to Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College, Kolenchery, as per his wish.  Devadasan was unmarried. K Sivadasan is his brother and K Vijayalakshmi his sister.
