THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: All the offices of the Kerala State Housing Board will hold Adalats on February 17 and 18, for the One-Time Settlement (OTS). This would enable all the loan and hire purchase customers to avail the benefit of the one-time settlement, valid till March 31, said board chairman Arackal Balakrishna Pillai in a statement released here on Saturday.
The Adalat will initiate steps for returning the title deeds to all those who settle the loan proceedings and also present an opportunity to confirm the accounts about the repayment default and concession .
Those who received a revenue recovery notice also can participate.
