Research proposals invited
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Research proposals are invited from reputed research organisations / institutions for research and development projects implemented under the Western Ghats Development programme sponsored by the Planning and Economic Affairs Department, Government of Kerala.
The thrust area of research should be livelihood support, employment generation, drinking water, natural resources management and preservation and eco-friendly approaches to the Western Ghats region of Kerala, a press release said. Seven copies of research proposals, which follows the norms of the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, should be forwarded to the Western Ghats cell before February 21. The head of the institution must sign the copy.
