THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A poster exhibition and antiques display, ‘Indian and Singaporean cultural heritage - an outlook’ was inaugurated by film actor Praveena at Christ Nagar English Higher Secondary School.

The programme was organised as part of the activity ‘Focus on Singapore’ for the International School Award. A ‘Navarathri festival’ and ‘Pongal festival’ were displayed by students, which also revealed the disparity of Indian and Singaporean traditions.

School principal Fr Kurian Chalangady presided over the function. Headmaster Suresh and academic coordinator Thomas Mani spoke.
