THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A group of 30 students from the Cherukode Tribal School have visited the Pangode Military Station. The visit was organised as part of medical equipment manufacturer Terumo Penpol Ltd’s CSR activities, said a statement issued here on Wednesday.

The Jammu and Kashmir Regiment was entrusted with the arrangements of the students’ visit. The students were picked up in two Army trucks and were dropped back after the visit. For most of the students, it was their first trip outside Cherukode. The Armymen showed them around the camp, and the children were excited seeing the various equipment. The children were accompanied by five teachers.
