The special investigation team has nabbed Kishore C L, an accomplice of Ammaykkorumakan Soju, from Ambattur Industrial Estate in Chennai. Kishore is one among the 10 accused in the Jet Santhosh murder case. The court had issued an arrest warrant against him.
Kishore was apprehended by the Karamana police while they were searching for him in connection with the murder of Saji, a tipper lorry driver from Karamana.
The arrest was made by the team led by Fort Assistant Commissioner K S Suresh Kumar and comprising Thampanoor Circle Inspector Sheen Tharayil, Sub-Inspector R Sivakumar, CPO Sreekumar and Yesodharan, Saju and Harilal of the City Shadow police. Kishore, produced before the court, was remanded.
