Various organisations representing the hospitality sector are organising an seminar in the city on Saturday on the implementation of norms prescribed by the Food Safety Standards Authority of India.
Health Minister V S Sivakumar will inaugurate the seminar at Hotel SP Grand Days at Panavila Junction at 10 a.m. The event is being organised jointly by the South Kerala Hoteliers’ Forum, Association of Approved and Classified Hotels of Kerala, Kerala Bar Hotels Association and the Bakers’ Association, Kerala. D Babu Paul will moderate the seminar.
Food Safety Commissioner Biju Prabhakar will deliver the keynote address, SKHF secretary general M R Narayanan said.
