T’Puram: A woman injured in a bike mishap died at a private hospital here on Tuesday evening. The deceased was Sangeetha, 26, of NK House, Melechira, Aryanad.
The Aryanad Police said Sangeetha was injured while riding pillion on November 23. “Her relative, who rode the bike, applied sudden brake to avoid hitting a dog and the bike skidded, throwing Sangeetha on to the road and leaving her grievously injured,” the police said. She is survived by husband Leju Suresh and children Arjun and Keerthana.
