Vigilance ADGP Ex-cadre Post Re-designated

The State Govt has re-designated the recently-created ex-cadre post of ADGP (Vigilance) as ADGP (Vigilance-II).

The State Govt has re-designated the recently-created ex-cadre post of ADGP (Vigilance) as ADGP (Vigilance-II). An order issued by the Home Dept said that the senior most of the two ADGPs would be appointed in the cadre post while the other will occupy the ex-cadre post.

The order also included a minor reshuffle of top officials. Kerala Books and Publications Society managing director B S Mohammed Yasin has been posted ADGP (Coastal Police). T J Jose has been appointed CBCID IG (Homicide and Hurt Wing).

P Vijayan has been appointed Intelligence DIG with additional charges of DIG Armed Police Battalions, Student Police Cadets scheme. A Srinivas was posted KAP-IV Battalion commandant and Rajpal Meena as T’Puram Rural SP. Dheeraj Kumar Gupta has been appointed Kerala Police Academy asst director.Recent postings of N Vijayakumar as Police Training College principal and Sheikh Anverddin Sahib as HQs SP were cancelled. T’Puram former SP A J Thomaskutty’s posting will be issued later, order said.
