Audio Release of Film Held

The audio release of ‘Iniyum Ethra Dooram’, a film directed by P R Krisshna, was done by lyricist Sreekumaran Thampi at Press Club here on Wednesday. Shaji Kumar has penned the lyrics and composed music for the movie which will have four songs. The music CDs of the film will be brought out by Satyam Audios.

G Venugopal, Vani Jayaram, B Arundathi, Sreekanth Hariharan, Charu Hariharan, Manakkad Gopan, Prameela and Komiyoor Pramod have sung the songs in Shaji Kumar’s maiden venture in the film industry.

Releasing the audio by handing over the CD to Perumbavoor G Ravindranath, Sreekumaran Thampi said that the four songs in the film are distinct. “Shaji has done a creditable job in his first venture into films,” he said.

Thampi also praised playback singer Arundathi for her work in the film. “Arundathi is one of the most underrated singers of all time,” he said.

Music director Shaji said that it was one of his dreams to have veteran singer Vani Jayaram sing one of his songs.

G Venugopal, K Omanakutty, Padmaja Radhakrishnan and B Arundathi, among others, were also present during the function.

The story for the film is written by Raji Rajagoplan and dialogues are by Krishnakumar Kavissery. Screenplay is by Joy Thaikkadan and the camera is handled by Pratheesh Nenmara. The film is produced by Das Vadakkencherry.
